Sessions are delivered remotely via video call or structured programmes with regular check-ins. This places more accountability on you, which often leads to better consistency and results.
Do I need a referral?
No. However, if you have any relevant reports, letters, or imaging from previous appointments, please bring them along.
Can you help if I'm not an athlete?
Yes. We work with everyone from recreational to elite level. The principles remain the same regardless of where you're starting from.
